This is a company that seems to buy up old bank debt and then threaten you by telling you that you have a court date in a week. They also threatened me with wage garnishment which is illegal to threaten someone over the phone with this. my account was 12 years old and is way past the statue of limitations for my state. Meaning they are trying to scare people into paying old debt that you dont have to pay if its past the statue of limitations.

Called and said I had a debt to 5/3 bank over $1000 from back in 2009 and that I was being sued. Caller got very belligerent when I asked questions and hung up when I said I would have my lawyer contact them about the matter. I believe this is some sort of scam.
