USPS mail. Only contact is the telephone number. What looks to be a check for $199.00 states at the bottom it is not a check and not affiliated with the Lending institution listed. The letter references something called "allocated waiver" with the right to revoke it in 7 days.

888-801-8190 or SeHabla Espanol: 888-706-2807. Wasn't a phone call. It was a notice with this phone number on it offering an "Allocated Waiver" of $199.00 fake check. Hours of operation Monday-Friday 9AM - 6PM CST. No Saturdays. Absolutely no info of who sent it. It showed a Record ID: 8586077006. It had my name, address and financial institute.

We received a “FINAL NOTICE” letter that appeared to be from our mortgage company with what appeared to be a check. The letter said to call 1-888-801-8190 to resolve this matter. Beware, it’s a scam.

Received a letter saying to call this number. They said it had to do with my us bank n my address. Which they had all my info. Called the bank n they had nothing to do with this letter.

This number was given in a piece of (USPS) mail marked "Final Notice" and referring to my mortgage. Mortgage is doing fine; no reason for the notice. Not from my mortgage holder. Likely scam or at best a junk solicitation of business. I wouldn't trust them.
