Same message as a number of other scam calls I've received a lot of lately. Same number as this, and also from 1 800 463 6537. Voicemail only picks up the last portion of the message - a female robotic voice saying "administration department".

It's an automated voice that says something about a warrant associated with my social insurance number, and to press a number to speak to an agent. The caller ID is a series of random numbers, so I normally hang up at that point.
