Same as previous report. Claim they are charging me $399 to renew virus protection. Used the name Alex Thompson & the call back # 4058980190. Caller ID # was 8994765637. I don't have virus protection. I think they are just trying to trick people into giving them their credit card #. There is an actual company JC IT Solutions but I don't think they are part of this scam.

Recording says it is from Alex Thompson at JCIT solutions about a 399 dollar subscription that I do not have. Gives me forty eight hours to call number to cancel. I will not call number.
