I have received emails from "Shamus Matory" & "Xingua Marysa" saying they are with the Finance Assistance Department and that I had been "pre-approved" for their Hardship Program. When I gave them a call (number they both provided) "Jess" answered, when I asked what company they worked for all I got was silence and then they hung up.

Got an email from "Kaylil" from the "Financial Assistance Department" saying that I qualified for the hardship program and to call her. Looked up the number and saw other people got the same email. There's no company name in the email, so positive it's a scam.

First thing I notice on any sus email is the lack of a "real" business or even person in the email addy. As example : [email protected] and her name was Dee Hollick so not a biz OR name in that email, just like a random email name generator.
