Ich habe zurückgerufen auf der Nummer, und die gehört zur PR Abteilung der Zürich Versicherung und damit auch DA Versicherung die eine Tochtergesellschaft der Züricher Versicherungen ist. Da ich zum 30. November mit meinen KFZ Versicherungen zur DA gewechselt bin, war dies ein Rückruf um die Kundenzufriedenheit mit dem Wechselprozess zu erfahren, also durchaus legitim. Allerdings hatte ich bei einem vorherigen Anruf auch schon das Vergnügen, das direkt nach der Anrufannahme aufgelegt wurde. Scheint ein technisches Problem bei denen zu sein, beim Rückruf hat alles bestens geklappt.
