Got an email saying my password was changed and the contact phone number on that email was this number. While talking to the guy I searched it on Google and found that others have reported this number as being a scam number so I hung up, changed all my passwords of accounts and emails related to the account and called a legit paypal number and was able to access my account again. Went ahead and closed one account and the other account it wouldn't let me close so I just changed password.

Got an email saying my password was changed and the contact phone number on that email was this number.
