Records my private calls you will here a tone and then the recording starts and then sends you a copy and allows you to here you’re conversation with the person you just received a call from and I’m feeling a sense of violation of my privacy on a phone that is my own I feel very uncomfortable with this happening if it continues with t mobile I will be canceling my service that is if it is a third party obviously it is and I have not requested this I’ve changed so many settings to resolve this *#62# can disable and *62# can reset it

Probable phishing. Daughter-in-laws brother got a call, said it was from his other sister, had her voice and everything. It said it was from their mother's phone (land-line), but it wasn't. Told him to call this number to listen to a message from sister. Their mom was suspicious; called other daughter who called me (I'm kinda the default family tech person). I looked it up online; everything showed up from prank calls to possible terrorist activity. Told them to leave it alone and report to the FCC. One sick puppy, this one.
