They claim that someone registered a cryptocurrency account on your behalf and running suspicious transactions through it. And you have to "switch identification to 3D face scan ID". They will organize the second call via WhatsApp, from Estonian number +372 8108 8477. They will ask for your e-mail address and ask to register at advcash.com. Not sure what exactly happens further, but it looks like they want to steal your money.
