This was a mailing rather than a call. They are trying to sell vehicle warranty extension insurance on my 2018 Toyota Camry show VIN 4T1B11HKJ********. First of all I've never owned a Toyota. Second the partial VIN they show is incorrect. The correct start of a VIN for a Toyota Camry is 4T1B11HK0J. The ad comes in an envelope that is designed to look like income tax documents, I'm guessing, to prod the recipient to open it before they find out what it is. The company name is Auto Repair Network. The BBB rates it as a B- even after numerous complaints. I've received this same ad from other companies as well so I'm guessing they are working together or are the same company.

They keep calling me . I do not answer. They also keep mail in me letters saying I have a car insurance with them and that it has now expired. They have part of my VIN number (first 9 letters and numbers). I don,t know how they got this. I have never had any contact with them.
