A guy called and said that he is trying to get into contact with me because there have been several unsuccessful attempts to serve me papers because someone is trying to sue me. He gave me a phone number and wanted me to read it back to him along with the case number and I told him no. I asked what the name of the law firm is and he said that he didn't know. I asked who was trying to sue me and he said his hands are tied and to call the phone number. I told him he was a scammer and hung up. They have been calling me and my husband the last few days.

Called and asked for me. Asked 'what is a good time to be served'? I asked what for and he said he couldn't tell me because it was 'sealed'. Gave me a case number and phone number to call. It was for a debt around 10k, but willing to settle for 5k. One note, I thought I hung up but didn't and heard, "please call, please call" faintly. So I called the number and the person gave me the more bull$*&^ and told me I would see them in court. Thankfully, I recorded the whole thing.

Called from another number identifying themselves as “the processors office” looking for another person (not me) so they can coordinate a time to serve and sign documents. Gave me another phone number and a case number to call. They sounded like they were in a basement, very muffled with heavy accents.

They calling from other numbers also, stating that they to settle a case and please confirm all my private information. Ummm nope. block number and they call from another number. over thirty blocked numbers from this company alone.
