The guy's name is lev. And as much as I know he is calling and offering to invest. He has a girlfriend and she is helping him to target specific people. She looks for men in dating apps and develops nice relationships with them. Then she offers you to work with Lev and invest. In dating app she called herself Alexandra so watch out.
