And get this, best part. He will send us 30% and he gets to keep 70% of the funds for "investments". It is really sad to think that people fall for this garbage. I am reporting to the FCC as well.

This is particular was a fax sent to the place of business where I work from a person supposedly called Ernest Monegadi. Purpose seems to be to try to attract the recipient(s) in replying providing personal information in order to be part of a deal in which you would be entitled to receive 30% of a 120M US Dollars sum currently unclaimed and being held by a financial institution! Yeah right, I don't know who would fall for it, but hey, no cool nevertheless. Definitely a scam with phishing intent. Stay clear!

It was a very serious fax. He wants to split 120 million US dollars with my Law Firm. Because we have the same last name as his dead person. But as he wanted 70% and was only willing to give us 30% I just couldn't do it. Maybe Mr. Ernest Moganedi will come back with a better offer for us. Maybe we will consider it in the future.

I received a fax multiple times at my place of employment from Mr. Ernest Moganedi to send him my personal information to become a "legal beneficiary" for someone that has passed away in South Africa with my last name... Um no thanks!!! Definitely a SCAM!!! I can't believe that this is what our world has come to!! Especially with receiving a SCAM FAX at my place of employment!! How they get numbers IDK but its sad that someone can think to even do something like this!!! STAY SAFE EVERYONE!!!!

As a funeral home we get these faxes all the time. One poor soul or another is needing buried after a kind soul in (enter any country here) has searched high and low for their NOK.
