A lady with a heavy accent called my number looking for a particular person (not me). I asked many times for more information on why she is looking for this person. The only info I was able to get from her is that she is calling from Global Sentinel and she needs to speak to that person. When I told her I will not give her any more info unless she tells me why she is looking for that person, she hanged up. I have received previous calls again saying they call from Global Sentinel and when asked for more info they either hang up or start acting as if they are coughing and tell me they will call me back. This is either a scam, or several people from Global Sentinel have died choking while trying to tell me why they are calling.

Soyez conscient, elle avait mon numéro de téléphone exact, mon nom correct, son nom de famille et d'autres détails qu'elle n'a pu être trouvée que dans la base de données de contact achetée. Sur ma question où a-t-elle obtenu le numéro de téléphone et les détails, elle a répondu qu'elle leur a obtenu des sources librement disponibles sur Internet telles que LinkedIn. Ce n'est pas vrai car je ne les partage pas. Je lui ai demandé de supprimer mon contact de leur base de données et de ne plus jamais m'appeler. Son approche a changé de très agressive et elle a dit: "Non, je t'appellerai à plusieurs reprises." Dangereux, ne fournissez aucune donnée personnelle et accrochez le téléphone! A woman called me, speaking English with Indian accent, she said she is from Global Sentinel company and is making a survey about financial investment habits. She was asking about concrete position in my work company. Be aware, she had my exact telephone number, correct name, surname and other details that she could found only in bought contact database. On my question where did she get the phone number and details, she answered she got them from freely available sources on internet such as Linkedin. That is not true as I do not share them. I asked her to delete my contact from their database and never call me again. Her approach changed to very aggressive and she said: " No, I'll call you repeatedly." Dangerous, do not provide any personal data and hang the phone!
