Person on phone was "Nancy" from Telstra NBN (australia) and said we are experiencing low download and upload times and will be upgrading the area to 5G. Did note take a note of her employee number. I was suspicious but still was unsure. Passed on the "technician" Jack who advised that I needed to download the app ANYDESK to get info number for our new 5G modem. Needed to check TV for quality as it runs on WIFI and well as computer. They said they will come to connect the modem which will be sent in the mail and needed to pay $5 freight charges. I know that Telstra has just sent new equipment without asking for payment. He started to get a bit annoyed with me so said I was not going to pay and wait until the technician comes. then he hung up.
Great & Thank You!
