Then you are transferred to a person who offers you discounts on your current subscription but in order to avail of the offer, you need to give out personal information. Major red flags. Globe will never offer discounts or loss of revenue and you should never give out personal information over the phone to a stranger no matter if they say they're from Globe or whatever.
