The recorded message stated that $379.99 has been charged on your Visa card, if you have made this purchase on Amazon and recognize it, simple hang up and your order would be delivered to you. However, if have not made any transactions you can call Amazon support or press one to connect to an agent. I didn't make this purchase. Amazon has my email address. They would have sent an email with the confirmation number and what I ordered. They wouldn't call via a robo call. 877-674-0607 I double check on another emails from the bank about a charge as well and dispute it.
