This definitely a scam. I received message in my voicemail that didn't identify the company, or any debt owed... it just stated my name and stated that if I didn't call them back then they would take legal action. Other than my mortgage and auto loan, I don't owe anybody anything.

I was left with a recorded voice message (first part was cut off, not recognizing my voicemail) telling me to call back or further legal actions will be taken. I don't break the law and pay my bills on time, so this has to be a scam of some kind.

When you call this number, it doesn’t matter what time you call, the message says that everyone is on the phone. I called at 10:09pm on a Saturday and they can’t take my call because everyone is on another line. What legitimate legal service works at 2210 on a Saturday night. Whoever it was calling me called four times. Two times from a private phone number, which my phone blocked, then they called twice more from the number listed here, both times being sent straight to voicemail. They left no message. When you do just a bit of research, this number is listed as part of a message about phishing on the www.bbb.org website warning you not to call for this scam. They can call all they want threatening to file a lawsuit. I hope they do, because I will counter sue for harassment.
