Called saying I am being served papers. Left a case number and phone number. I called it to get specifics but I could tell it was a scam right away. They must have purchased my info on the dark web somewhere. Nobody every came to serve me like they claimed

I got a call from Micheal Collinswho identified himself as a Napps process server and that he was calling to tell me that he was going to show up at my house in 2 days between 1 & 3 to serve me with a lawsuit wherein I was named as a defendant and if I was not going to be there I needed to call the Plaintiff at 833-859-0733 and let them know. He left me with a case # and the last 4 digits of my ssn#. After that day came he called me back and said he had tried to reach me by phone and by home service and he was going to file a paper with the court stating I was evading service but I could still call the number he gave me 833-859-0733 and speak with plaintiff. He actually said good luck when he hung up.

A man identified himself as Steve Marshall, a Legal Courier with NAFTA? Process Services. Stated I was named a defendant on a legal complaint. Stated they would be at my house on a certain date and that I was to have 2 forms of ID available. They left a "case number" and the plaintiff phone number of 833-859-0733. I did not call the number. They had my name incorrect and my social security number incorrect.
