Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen. Ich habe selbst einen Wertgarantie-Vertrag gekündigt, hatte aber noch eine für mich recht teure, da ungenutzte Restlaufzeit vor mir. Der wirklich nette Herr Lukas Frank am Telefon hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich die Möglichkeit habe, den Vertrag auf ein aktuelles genutztes Gerät umzuschreiben, was am Ende insgesamt über 100 Euro weniger Kosten für mich waren - trotz leicht verlängerter Laufzeit. Meine Verwunderung über dieses nette Angebot hat Herr Frank damit begründet, dass die Versicherung natürlich davon profitiert, wenn Kunden zufrieden sind und langfristig bleiben. Es geht um die Wertgarantie, die man eventuell für Kopfhörer, Handyschutz oder auch e Scooter Schutz. Die Dame war sehr nett und höflich am Telefon. Es ging darum das ich meine alte Wertgarantie gekündigt habe, da ich das Kombi Packet genommen habe für Handyschutz, Kopfhörer Schutz und E-scooter Schutz, dass natürlich günstiger ist als alles einzeln zu versichern. Nach der Info von mir hat die Dame im PC nachgesehen und gleich gesagt, okay dann möchte ich sie weiterhin nicht stören, ich wünsche ihnen einen schönen Tag und wenn sie Fragen ect. Haben, können sie sich gerne jederzeit melden. Also mir ist nicht versucht geworden etwas auf zu Zwingen. Lg
