Erst war ich irritiert, dass mich ein Unternehmen (SSF glaube ich) im Auftrag von Vodafone anruft, um über meinen neuen Vertrag zu befragen. Allerdings wusste der freundliche Mann am anderen Ende von sich aus alles über meinen Vertrag (Bandbreite, Neuvetrag etc.) und meine Andresse. Er hat nur kurz gefragt, ob alles mit der Installation geklappt hat. Danach hat er noch kurz Werbung für ein anderes Vodafone Produkt gemacht und als ich kein Interesse hatte, hat er ohne weiteres Drängen oder ähnliches das Gespräch beendet.
