Wurde vorher per Email 2x darüber informiert, dass Sparhandy mich telefonisch in kürze telefonisch kontaktiert, weil einer unserer Handy Verträge verlängerbar ist. Da ich die Rufnummer bereits in meinen Kontakten gespeichert habe, also ein bekannter Anrufer. Einzig was lästig ist wenn man den Anruf bekommt und auch dran geht, dass am anderen Ende keiner reagiert und aufgelegt wird. Wenn man zurückruft, hat man aber direkt einen Mitarbeiter dran, ohne lange Bandansagen.
