February 26, 2021 atDiese Nummer rief mich an, gab sich als O2 Mitarbeiterin aus und hatte wirklich alle meine Daten, von Telefonnummer über Wohnort und E-Mail-Adresse. wollte mich fragen, ob es noch aktuell sei, dass ich über Telefon und E-Mail von O2 kontaktiert werden möchte, da dies so im Vertrag festgehalten sei. Als ich dann fragte, warum ich das überhaupt nochmal gefragt werde, kam nur eine waage Antwort. Sie sagte dann, dass sie mehrmals versucht hätten mich per E-Mail zu kontaktieren, was ich verneinte. Natürlich sagte sie dann, dass die Mails im Spamordner gelandet sein könnten. Auch dies verneinte ich, da ich regelmäßig meinen Spamordner checke. Als mir das zu blöd wurde, sagte ich sie solle mir einfach erneut eine E-Mail schicken und dann kam der Knaller. Sie stimmte dem zu und sagte, dass der Link in dieser E-Mail nur maximal eine Stunde aktiv sei. Wie bescheuert ist das denn?! An dieser Stelle sagte ich ihr, dass ivh das Gespräch jetzt beenden werde und legte auf. Sehr merkwürdig und meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig!
