Called me at 2:00am also on whatsapp. I really feel that if it is some sort of legit call or verification, then they would identify themselves and tell you what the call is for. So it is def an account takeover call. Don't call back!

Darauf forderte ich einen Anruf von dort an. Habe dann einen Anruf von der Nummer bekommen. Habe aber nicht zurückgerufen. Kam von Grossbritannien und da war ich überfordert. I totally agree about it being some sort of WhatsApp takeover call. Why would they call at 2am if they really wanted to talk to you. Don’t do what I did and called the # back! For all I know, I established the connection by calling it.

Justo me han llegado a mi movil 3 mensajes de verificación de whatsapp , con 2 minutos se diferencia cada uno, al entrar en whatsapp me ponía que alguien ha intentado entrar con mi número en otro dispositivo....y con 2 minutos de diferencia de esos 3 mensajes seguidos recibo una llamada de este numero que no conozco.... bastante sospechoso.... imagino que si llego a descolgar me podían haber pinchado el teléfono o algo.... no sé, pero demasiada casualidad tanto mensaje seguido y esta llamada.... después, de verificar mi cuenta de whatsapp ya no he recibido ni mas mensajes ni más llamadas...

Ich bekam eine SMS von WhatsApp mit einem Code etwas später dann diesen Anruf in dem eine Roboterstimme einen Code Wiederholte obwohl ich keinen anforderte es handelt sich wahrscheinlich um ein Versuch auf mein WhatsApp Konto zuzugreifen, aber solange der Code nicht an unerwünschte Personen kommt ist der Inhalt des "Gesprächs" Bedenkennolos

Ist bei mir in die Mailbox gelaufen da ich an unbekannte Nummern nicht dran gehe. Beim Abhören wurde mit dann ein Code vorgelesen, vermutlich ein Whatsapp Code da mir zu vor eine SMS mit einem neuen Zertifizierungs Code zugesendet wurde, den ich aber definitiv nicht angeforder habe. Sehr dubios.
