Picked up and there was a background noise as if the caller was in crowded bus. When I said Hello in Latvian, the women asked in Russian "Do you speak in Russian?". I answered in Latvian " Please speak". They hanged the phone immediately. If that was something sort of legit then they should be speaking in Latvian at first and then Russian if the call receiver would better understand in Russian. So, probably hardcore scam going on.

Only Russian language, no one who calls you for something in Latvia from a respectable company will start speaking in Russian, they will speak in Latvian, and if necessary/possible will ask if you prefer Latvian or Russian. Instant scam detected.

Woman spoke only Russian. When I refused to speak Russian became rude, aggressive and offensive. When learned that I will not give up, stopped the conversation and hanged up the phone.
