J’ai décroché tout de suite parce que j’étais occupée sur mon tel, la dame n’a pas répondu tout de suite puis m’a dit que c’était Proximus, sans se présenter, je pense qu’elle a été surprise que je réponde si vite. Elle m’a baratinée un truc avec mes abonnements téléphoniques et autres puis m’a demandé quel était mon opérateur.. qui est Proximus… elle m’a dit : merci au revoir et a raccroché.
