I have no idea why the speaker knew my name and I didnt hear clearly after he (or she) told that he was an agent blah blah blah. I picked up the phone too fast to realize that's an international call

She knows my name!! She said I have regist the graphic design course at (I can’t hear what she said clearly) from IG or some Facebook page but when I ask which page she didn’t said it again and ask me for my VISA or MasterCard number to regist so I said she should send me an E-mail so I will have evidence and she said it’s will be not free if I regist later but I insist she must send me and E-Mail for more information and I hang the phone up.
