Tel , voix jeune féminine avec petit accent, me dit que SFR va faire des travaux sur ma ligne téléphonique et internet car il y a des problèmes ; je dois appeler le service technique dont elle me donne le N°à appeler absolument de suite ;je lui dis qu'il y a qq mois soit disant microsoft m'a demandé d'appeler le service technique sinon j'allais avoir de gros problèmes résultat des hackers qui ont pris la main sur mon ordi, depuis des mois ils prennent des courriers que je retrouve sur une page sur un compte twitter à un nom proche du mien = impossible de retourner dans mon "vrai compte " ils ont changé le N°de pass , twitter NE PEUT RIEN FAIRE car je n'ai pas donné mon N° de tel.ILS ont trouvé sur LINKEDIN ma photo ils l'ont mise sur twitter.J 'ai acheté un autre ordinateur = ça ne change rien , il faudrait que je change ma boite mail, mais travaillant en freelance je suis contactée par des employeurs inconnus que je ne peux pas perdre , résultat depuis mars je suis hackée en plus du courrier ils ont ma CI, ma carte vitale , des documents concernant un procès etc...Là je devais DE SUITE tel , je ne l'ai pas fait, j ai cherché ce N° sur google Ils viennent de me rappeler car ils n'ont pas reçu mon appel!!!!depuis le début la jeune femme n'arrete pas de me dire : la communication est gratuite , la réparation aussi! je lui ai dit ce serait un comble si ce n 'était pas gratuit SI c'est SFR , elle a beaucoup insisté et lors du rappel ,idem!!!
