Call this number, 1-844-612-2443. A male who stated he was from Microsoft walked me through checking my e-mail, etc. Everything he instructed me to do worked. Then he said let's check your on-line banking. I told him I don't do on-line banking and when I said I was going to call my financial institution he hung up.
