Originally called my mom and said that I needed to call them back immediately and gave her a reference number for me to use. Faked my way through their electronic system and finally talked to someone and was able to socially engineer my way into finding out that they are claiming that paperwork for a civil suit from CapitalOne was not mailed out due to the COVID-19 mess and that if you pay them $XXX.XX money, the penalties from the court case will continue to grow. They want you to pay them with a Credit Card.....blah blah blah. I couldn't take it anymore and went off on the guy. Definitely a scam call.

Carrie Sanders -Claiming to be an agent (of some kind) Primary Number seen on my caller ID 17015665689- i was instructed to call the in regards to some Obscure reason, in mentioning this she made a few hundred mistakes first she said that the issue was suspended indefinitely= then i should not have to call it for any reason the idiot. then she rattled on that it was important for me to call (at no point Mentioning who she works for or who she thinks i am. so if it was a wrong number one would think at least that much would be given. but no[mind you this was all left on my voice mail]833-6370170 landline in west Fargo ND. (i used KIWI Reverse Tracker to find that out) (and WWW.ALLAreaCodes.com) the other mentioned number is not Us or Canadian so i was not able to pinpoint it yet being an 833 i figure it to be a cell out of India/Bangladesh or Accra,South Africa (i have had similar calls from there)

SAME BAT TIME, SAME BAT CHANNEL (As last year during tax refund season) Although a different name used, different phone number to call back and they've thrown in the Covid19 situation to induce a little more stress. Ignore it or better yet "block" it if you can. In my case the phone never rang (went straight to voicemail) and phone number never showed up in my caller ID or missed call log.Processors who serve people never call you up to let you know someone has a case against you and they certainly don't expect you to cooperate with them by asking you to call back with your signature and/or address so they can serve papers. Same message as others: Carrie whatever tried to reach my March 30th about some matter, but it has been delayed due to COVID19. Just so everyone is aware, any a shout-out to anyone truly afraid from this call: It is a robo-call. The person reading is pre-recorded and she is not speaking to you. The caller does not use any specific name, company name, charge, claimant, etc, because there is not one. They want you to call that number so they can steal something from you. Ignore it, block the number, delete the voicemail.

As you read the different comments they all state the same thing. how do I know because I received the same message. They don't tell you who they're working for or who they are looking for or even what address they claim they visited.
