This called threatened to call my job and get me fired! I have no clue what they want and have called repeatedly being rude to me.

Called and left a message that they’ve been sending me letters in the mail and I haven’t responded and they will be taking me to court and I will get fined. I called the number back to find out what they were talking about and they kept asking for my social and calling me by another name and insisting I was that person. I asked them to provide their information and was told it’s a company called WBS legal services out of Atlanta, Georgia. I googled the name and didn’t find anything online did a reverse check on the number and saw a lot of stuff about spam/phishing. I called them back again and ask them to provide their address, local phone number and a business website and they said they would not provide it unless I gave them my Social Security number. I called the operator to see if they had any information on the business or this number and they said it was coming out of Vineland New Jersey, and there was no WBS legal services listed in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s a very aggressive and ignorant woman who keeps calling me. She said she has all of my information including bank accounts, employment information, tax documents, etc.. Luckily I’m not the person she’s looking for or I would be a concerned.

I have been receiving calls from people threatening me. Of course, no one knows who they are…but they are looking for someone who had this number before me. (Which, by the way, was at least 10 years ago.). I explained that to the (I’m not going to call her a lady) person that I have never been her and never will be and to please stop calling me. Then she started yelling at me saying I was racist!!! Really? We’re talking about a name here. She said I knew it was a black person’s name and that’s why I said I never will be her…And then started screaming that I was a racist again. There are black people in my family. My nephew is black, the surgeon who operated on me and saved my life is black, I work for a church with many black parishioners. I am not racist at all…BUT SHE IS!!! No legitimate business would ever let an employee speak to another person the way she spoke to me. I’d say it’s a scam!
