Claiming to be from xfinity calling about scheduled appt for the issue I reported to comcast. I did schedule appt and did have service. I have dealt with comcast enough to recognize the voice used by comcast TOTAL SCAM CALL

Spam Robocall? A legit Xfinity lady I communicated with, told me 8554332886 might be legitimate since I have a tech visit scheduled, so then I asked wait you can't confirm if it's a legit Xfinity number or not?... She looked for a minute and responded Oh no!, definitely don't accept calls from this number, it is a spam robocall... So apparently don't accept the first answer, I've seen a lot of Xfinity ppl online blindly say that yes that number might be legitimate because there are Xfinity reps that call customers from different numbers, but! They aren't being specific about this specific number! Anyways. I don't trust it, it's spam, and a legit Xfinity rep said it was spam.
