I have reported this to the TAP DPO at [email protected] If I do not get a response from TAP within the prescribed GDPR time line requirement , I will make an official complaint to the Data Commissioner Office.

They tried to ring me a few times. The quality was not very good when I answered and she could only speak Portuguese. I ask if she could speak English but she went just quiet after it, she did not hang up though.
