Identified as Apple. Indian accent. Female, identified herself only by first name. Called me to confirm an order placed at Apple. To me sounded like a phishing call. Knew part of my name, tried to get my email address an home address by asking to confirm it, which I didn't answer and told them to contact me by details provided in my account if they had access to it.

Call from Apple. Did not ask me to provide any bank or other personal details. Just wanted to confirm the delivery and billing address as they mismatched on the order (which was right). They had all the details on file and i only confirmed road name and that was it.

Like the previous comment, the call I received claimed to be from Apple. The caller seemed to have knowledge of a recent Apple purchase i'd made and said he was alerting me to a potential illegal use of my card. I confirmed my name but gave him no further details. He said he would block the new transaction and advised me to alert my bank. I did contact my bank's fraud department but not in time to prevent someone using my bank card. The same person who called me from "Apple"? I have no idea. But probably.

The caller seemed to have knowledge of a recent Apple purchase i'd made and said he was alerting me to a potential illegal use of my card. I confirmed my name but gave him no further details. He said he would block the new transaction and advised me to alert my bank. I did contact my bank's fraud department but not in time to prevent someone using my bank card. The same person who called me from "Apple"? I have no idea. But probably.
