Woman talked about a survey about something which will only have to be YES or NO answer. I directly hang off, but the next day they called again. I live in mainland Europe and nobody calls me with an UK number, so SCAM big time.

April 27, 2020 atThey are farming for personal info using incomplete data they can get from various websites (eg. linkedin, olx etc.). Then they will attempt to use the new information you might give them to scam you. A guy speaking english pretty well, but with a thick indian accent. In my case there was an "international survey", and he wanted to send me the "results", but he had "some" email address, obviously invented by him. I "assisted" him with the survey, the only way to annoy these individuals is to "waste" their time. He then asked if the email he has is correct. I told them it was the wrong address, but also that I wasn't interested in the results anyway, so there was no reason to give him the information. He quickly said "byeee" and hung up.

Anruf aus (vermutlich) Großbritannien. Der Anrufer sprach relativ gutes Englisch mit osteuropäischen Akzent. Er wusste meinen Vornamen, ohne dass ich ihn erwähnt hatte. Dh. er hatte vor sich meine Daten liegen. Er wollte angeblich eine Umfrage durchführen. Glaube aber nicht, dass es eine seriöses Meinungsforschung ist und kreuze darum Sonstige an. Als ich zu Beginn seiner angeblichen Umfrage keine zufriedenstellende Antworten gab, legt er sofort auf.
