Bottom line: after a 50 minute call they wanted me to buy a plastic $500 "MULTIPURPOSE CARD" at a "MICROSOFT CHANNEL PARTNER STORES". I asked where and gave my zip code. They wanted to go to "MICROSOFT CHANNEL PARTNER STORES"..... A GROCERY STORE! The wanted me to buy one of the cards beside the cash register. SCAM SCAM SCAM
