When picked up it sounded like I was calling. A Russian speaking guy answered in seconds and started to speak Russian. I told I don't speak Russian, he said - if you can say that, than you do speak Russian. He started to ask something like "do you want..." but I hung up.

When picking up the call, the other line just played the ringing tone. I dropped the call immediately. Then I checked my recently dialed/received numbers and the list was erased apart from this number. It makes me wonder if something else happened...
