When resetting your phone..voice mail has to reset also....this is the actual number to voicemail.its the same as *123......when you dial it it takes you directly to your voicemail to listen to unheard messages.....I thought it was spam at first as well....don't know why phone service don't send messages out to customers who are not sure who the calls are coming from....

It comes in as a voice mail, Chinese chatter, and automatically calls the number back without me doing that, and there is more unintelligible Chinese sounding talk. I try to delete call by pressing 7 but it does not work. I don't really know what it is trying to do, but I now know not to listen to a voice mail from that number that continues to leave a voicemail (without a call first).
